Had an amazing experience at this store yesterday! Savio was a great help. He was knowledgeable, kind and amazingly patient. He explained everything thoroughly and precisely. It was a long process and I admire the patience he had with what he was doing. He made my family feel very comfortable and confident with our purchases. He is easily one of the best wireless sellers/associates I’ve ever dealt with. Cannot praise him enough. Amazing service, thank you!
Ian McGrath was literally AMAZING!!! He spent over teo hours working with me and my family to make sure that we had the best possible deal and got exactly what we were looking for. We went to get a phone for my mom and the service was incredible. Nathan S. assisted us, actually listened to what we wanted and gave us great suggestions to help us choose a phone; he answered all of our questions and stayed late to get my mom's phone set up and running. Wireless Wave is the best deal in town. I ended up getting a new phone, too, and between us we got $400 of in-store credit to spend on accessories or what not. There was an issue transferring data to one of the new phones and Nathan had us come back and assisted us for an hour the next day. They always answer questions and have the friendliest staff, who have experience using the tech they sell and give honest recommendations. They also thoroughly review the fees and contract terms with you, look for the best deals and don't pressure you to take the extras. I won't go anywhere else.
Came in last night with my folks because our phones were eligible for an upgrade, Nathan was more than willing to help us out and explained everything to us in layman’s terms(which was great because we are far from being technologically inclined!) He was so friendly and helpful! When we were done and heading out of the doors, we all said at once ‘He was a really nice guy!’ We are very happy with our new upgrades will definitely be coming back to Nathan for any future cellular needs?
