“Every time I've ordered pizza from Gabriel's it is amazing. The crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings and cheese are always generous. The staff are friendly, and the last time I was in they genuinely seemed to be enjoying themselves. A good work place culture creating an excellent product!”

“Food was incredible tonight!!! So fresh! Also, I want to compliment the staff! The other day I was in during the heat wave and was feeling ‘less than stellar’. I think that I could have made more effort to be friendly but was simply exhausted. The waiter must have noticed and offered me a drink ‘on the house’. I thought “wow, that’s really kind!” This is a restaurant that truly cares about its community and customers! I highly recommend. They have been in this community since I moved here back in ‘92. “This is what a great fast food stand looks like! Friendly staff, clean premises, cozy little patio, flavourful food, generous portions, reasonable prices. Poutine with bacon is to die for: fresh fries in warm gooey gravy, with a generous sizing of cheese curds, all topped with a mountain of perfectly crisp bacon. Burgers are juicy with meat cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu.”

“A nice little place out of the way. Decorated in an antique store setting with a strong UK undertone. Good selection of fresh made food. Lots of seafood/freshwater fish dishes and a rarity wild game! I didn't see any packaged or frozen foodstuffs on the menu like fries or chicken fingers, everything is made fresh. The steak I had was cooked to perfection and very tender. Good selection of beer wine and spirits including wine pairings for every dish. Daily specials. I will go back.”

“Chip Chop is one of the best chip stands I've ever been to. The fries are amazing, as are the chicken wraps. The Kris wrap with the jalapeno peppers and sweet sauce is awesome. They also allow you to buy mini poutines for $2 instead of having to get a big one to go with your sandwich. The lady that works the front counter is awesome to deal with, super friendly. Great food and great service. A definite 5 stars from me!”

“I see a lot of the other reviews here and I’m baffled, kfc how I remember it has a kid was always fresh and crispy not oily and soggy so while waiting a little time longer can be annoying surely it cannot be a deal breaker this place in my opinion is amazing, me and the wife always go out of our way to stop by there when we’re in surrounding areas I don’t mind waiting that little extra if the food they serve comes with the exact quality they serve it.
