“The staff were extremely helpful. I parked my car in the storage as I'm going out of country to protect it from snow and other concerns while I'm not here. The staff(forgot to ask his name) made sure I parked the car safely inside and was there to guide me through the process as it's quite tricky to get the car on the ramp and park it. Price wise it's decent as well. Would definitely recommend. The only concern is the ramp is placed inside a locked room which can be accessed only during the office hours. So, you can't actually get your car(if parked inside the storage) in/out after hours unless you carry your own ramp.”

During the startup I called to cancel but was supposed to cancel in writing (text,email etc) and I failed to do so and was charged a few more months before I noticed. I called and they said they'd get back to me and without disclosing details publicly, they came back with a solution that I'll say was very fair. A storage unit is a storage unit, but they treated me fairly and honorably and although there was an issue, if I ever need storage again I'll be coming back here. I'll just follow common sense and policy to put any cancellations in wiring. Thanks Brockville storage.”
