“This park is great for the family to come spend a couple hours at to burn off energy or even a birthday party for the kids! There are seating areas as well as lots of grass to bring a blanket and lay in the sun or relax under a tree and read a book. It's far enough from the river, it isn't a safety concern and yet there is still a nice view. The park tends to get busy on nice days but it also never seems too crowed. We go usually once a week, it you're not close, it is a great spot to come at least a couple times in the summer.”

“This is now called Ashton Park Estates, and the new name is fitting - the lot sizes are estate-like compared to the other 3 parks where we have had mobile homes. The "estates" are a peaceful, friendly place to spend your vacation, or your whole summer. Nicely treed, and beautifully manicured, it seems that everyone is proud of their site - no messy spots like we have seen in the other parks. The park committee is active, organizing events throughout the summer, and everyone we have met to date is very friendly. I haven't seen a better park in all of Ontario.”

“Nice access to Hay Bay for boating. Good sized lots for seasonals and overnight and weekly guests. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not cleaned properly or regularly during the week and mold was on shower curtains. Unsupervised swimming pool was well maintained.”
