Julie takes her time with her clients. She has offered to shadow me in my home environment post partum to see how I could tweak things at home to avoid injuries lifting, cleaning and caring for my family. Her genuine, caring nature encourages creative suggestions for exercises and constant review to ensure that the program is working. I have never been an athlete and I flew through the program correcting all of my imbalances and increasing my strength post partum. My body felt so much better. I am no longer feeling weak in my grip strength or having sciatic pain on one side of my body.
