The staff was super understanding of my financial situation (as I am a student) and we worked something out. Dr. Kendra (I’m not sure if her last name) was so sympathetic and understanding. She made a tough process a lot easier. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find a card in the mail a week later from the staff! It was really touching! Thank you to everyone who was involved. 💛”
