“Dr. Hopper has cared for my labrador retriever since he was 2 months old. From the outset, she showed genuine care for his well-being and advised me on how I could do things differently (e.g., my puppy was growing to be a bit overweight and she gently gave me advice about how to help him lose some weight). When various problems arose, she always addressed them immediately and he was feeling better in no time. When he was set to be neutered, a few hours before his surgery, we learned that he had ingested quite a bit of wire (he had chewed through the cord of a fan the night before - silly boy!) and Dr. Hopper made sure the surgery was done safely. He ended up being just fine and it was all because of her and her technicians' care to make sure he was safe and could go through surgery as planned. My dog is always delighted to go there and see Dr. Hopper -- the only time he is okay walking away from me is when we go there and he dashes in to see everyone. We are so lucky to have her and her team and can't recommend them enough!”

“I really love this new location Dr. Alec was fantastic with my puppy. He saw him at a moments notice. The new location is super professional, clean & tidy. I saw some familiar faces which is always nice. I’m sure we’ll be back several times in the future. I will continue to bring my dogs there, and any future animals that I get. “5 stars doesn’t do this place enough justice. Doctor Trina and her team have come to my rescue on several occasions. Thanks to them, my ferret Ruth who was on deaths door, is thriving and living comfortably and happy. Doctor Trina went above and beyond in order to correctly diagnose my extremely sick ferret and seamlessly performed lifesaving surgery on her. Ruth felt better and ate for the first time in a week the SECOND she woke up. Doctor Trina sent us videos of her feeding Ruth snacks, and kept us updated during surgery to keep our minds at ease. “Oak West staff is friendly and welcoming. They are conveniently located just west of Byron. They take great pride in the work they do and care so greatly for our dog. We switched vets out of convenience for the location, and we could not be more pleased with our decision! Our dog feels very at home in there inviting atmosphere (both pet and owner). “We had our pet rat Cola sadly passed away after a procedure here, but the staff here was absolutely amazing. During the initial check up they were so sweet to him and spoke very nicely to him. After the procedure everyone was incredibly thoughtful and sweet. Doctor Tucker did everything thing he could to help us understand what happened, and they even sent us a sympathy card. The staff of West London Pet Hospital are some of the most caring and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. They always make sure to remember each pet and their family by name, and put so much care and effort into their work. If you have rats, they are the best place to go! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my other pets.”
