I wanted more information on providing balanced healthy meals and creating healthy eating habits, and also just the comfort of knowing that we were doing a good job. Angela provided us with lots of information and confidence. After our appointment, we were provided with a detailed note including key nutrients to focus on, a grocery shopping guide, sample meal plans, recipes and more. I still often refer back to this note. “We tried out the Hockey Studio this year for the first time and set up teams for both of our boys for the Christmas Classic 2v2 tournament. Both my kids and all their friends had an amazing time! Such a great way to work on their game skills, especially their passing and shots, all while skating on real ice in a beautiful mini rink, AND with their friends! All of the kids are asking when the next one is 😁. The facility is very clean and the tournament was well organized. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We look forward to trying out some of the other great opportunities that the Studio has to offer!”
