The quote and lead up to the job were impressive. I had sought several quotes and Craig's was the most reasonable, professional, and aligned with our requirements. He created several examples of the finished flooring for us to choose from ahead of time and accomodated us on the dates we requested for the work to be completed. During the job, James and crew were on time, efficient, and did an excellent job of sanding, staining, and refinishing our maple floors with minimal dust, smell, or disruption. The complete job was done in less than 3 days. The "new" floors look awesome and have a smooth, tough finish. We are extremely happy with the professionally finished floors.”
