“Kenny is amazing. We had a bat get into the house, waited a few weeks to see if it was random, but kept hearing them in the walls and attic. We called Kenny and he came out within a week, tacking us on to another job he had in another city and his team worked on our house in the late afternoon, in 40+ degree heat, non-stop to get our house bat proofed. Afterward he took the time to walk me through what he had done, what he had found and how the problem is being solved. He is insanely knowledgeable and incredibly nice. We can even say that we had another company in before Kenny, who walked around the house and charged us for a quote. Kenny gave us a quote on the phone, was bang on (we were worried he might find something that added to the cost) and he came in at half the price... did more work and was more knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend Kenny to anyone who has this problem. He is an expert that gives you piece of mind with a guarantee. If you have bats, call Bats Canada, don't waste your time (or money) elsewhere.”

“I have had them install equipment and Jay Jackson was Great. I have been in the store many times for this and that, great service when you can get it... I ordered a part recently, came in quicker and was cheaper then told... How awesome is that? So why not 5 stars? Simple, everytime I go in I wait and wait while everyone walking in with a chlorine jug gets served first. After the third or fourth person, it starts to get very annoying. First come first serve, that's how it should work. - 1 star for that... And they hadn't even asked why I was there yet... Just oh, you need chlorine because I see your jug, I will help you next. This has happened constantly... Not cool. Otherwise, a great family run company that I would recommend highly to anyone think about getting a pool or has one already. Just make sure to bring your jug for faster service.”
