“Highly recommend these guys for rodent inspection/extermination. While our situation was likely not as significant as others, we didn't know what we had. We contacted Global Shield Pest Control for a quote for service on a possible rat issue in our house. The response (email) was fast, detailed and provided costs up front along with what they suspected the issue was. Calling to set up an inspection was very good. Nas took the time to listen, and asked additional questions to get all the details. I felt like he was in no hurry, and he was very friendly. He made suggestions that made me feel like I wasn't getting ripped off, he tried to ensure me he didn't want me spending money where I didn't have to on treatments that may not be necessary. The visit from their tech was also great. He spent time and effort to explore, provide insight, opinions, tips and set up bait stations / traps in areas I would not have considered. And the trap worked multiple times in less than a week! They knew what they were doing! Again, highly recommend.”
