“This Review has been edited - The owner of this location reached out to me and and was willing to allow me to exchange the product I was not happy with for a different one. We sent a couple of emails back and forth and agreed on a time to meet at the store and exchange the product. I appreciate the great customer service he has shown and I will be returning to Herc's in the future. The owner is a super nice guy and great to deal with, he is willing to do what it takes to keep his customers happy. Original review below - I bought a product (5 pound Transparent Protein Isolate) based on a recommendation from the employee assisting me at the time. I got home and tried the product and it was probably the worst thing I have ever tasted. I tried to exchange the product the next day with a similar product I have tried in the past and know I like but was told no. Essentially all other supplement/health food stores will allow you to return or exchange a product if you really don't like it so I was disappointed when I found out Herc's was not the same. For me this is huge and will have me considering other places before returning to Herc's.”

“As a person that has an irrational phobia to needles it took me months to finally come. I emailed in advance explaining my ginormous dear and requesting a very compassionate person. Together Amanda and Brianne made me feel so much better. Amanda personally assisted me to make sure I would be helped right away and that I would have a long period of time to get it done in case I panicked. Brianne was my nurse and she never judged my tears or panic and honestly was just a breath of fresh air from the nurses that had been short and frustrated with my fear in the past. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'll be sure that this is a lifelong place I go to.”
