“Great doctor and staff. Dr. Sidhu is not one of those physicians that doesn’t abuses his power. Always on time and very reasonable. He tends to your needs ,not your wants, and he will give you his honest opinion when asked. He is very aware of the addictions that sometimes consumes human behaviour ,and is always willing to treat his patients with respect and compassion. Dr. Sidhu can also not be fooled by dishonesty. “I went to Dr. Goossens just based off the reviews on the internet. I think that Dr. Goossens is a knowledgeable podiatrist and I don’t mind him but his receptionist (Diane) is rude! The first time I went in she was snooty with me. I simply asked a question and she snapped “I’m getting to that” When I went back in to pick up my orthotics she was rude again. When I initially went in I handed her a form that I said needed to be filled out for my money to be refunded. When I went back she said we didn’t fill it out cause the answers are in the package. I showed her where the paper said “this form must be filled out to have your claim considered”. She told me the dr wasn’t going to take the time to fill it out. She then said she’s try to do it for me if I wanted to wait. Ummm yes I want to wait! It’s 500$ that I could get back from insurance!!! The way she talks to everyone is snarky and I’m not a fan. I would not recommend going here simply for the fact that you will be treated disrespectfully by her. If you can get past her attitude Dr Goossens isn’t a bad podiatrist.”

“Dr Despard is very knowledgeable and caring. She has been my GP since I was 18 (I am now 38). She delivered both my children and was great. She is one of the last great old school doctors that delivered babies and made house calls when needed. She may seem abrupt at times but she isn't, she's just a very busy woman.”
