The staff are second to none, and take the time to get to know every dog and owner. Her transition as a new dog to the pack couldn’t have gone more smoothly, even as a rambunctious 4 month old puppy. Not to mention the booking system is incredibly easy to use and flexible. We recently had training with Trevor to work on her leash pulling - within 45 minutes we had her walking with next to no pulling, automatically speeding up and slowing down on command. The transformation has been incredible, and we can’t recommend HEAT daycare and training enough!”
