“My husband and I have witnessed Gabor at work creating a beautiful garden the past 2 years. There are also community volunteers that help in making this project so successful. We have had the pleasure of listening to Gabor's son masterfully play the piano in the patch, as well as sample the delicious snow peas from the vine( with Gabor's permission). Thank you to all who have made this a very positive and enjoyable area.”

“It’s so nice to have a private dog playground in London as there are just too many aggressive dogs in public dog parks and my dog is afraid of going there. My dog loves this place!! We will come back more often. Highly recommend it if you are looking to spend some one-on-one quality time with your furbaby!”

“Our golden pyrenees Betsy absolutely loves HEAT daycare and can’t wait to get out of the car every time we pull in. The staff are second to none, and take the time to get to know every dog and owner. Her transition as a new dog to the pack couldn’t have gone more smoothly, even as a rambunctious 4 month old puppy. Not to mention the booking system is incredibly easy to use and flexible. We recently had training with Trevor to work on her leash pulling - within 45 minutes we had her walking with next to no pulling, automatically speeding up and slowing down on command. The transformation has been incredible, and we can’t recommend HEAT daycare and training enough!”

“What an amazing hideaway community just off of Springbank Dr. Across from a ginormous green space including trails that run throughout London. Two dog parks, one for large dogs the other for small dogs. Like that's not enough it's all close to the downtown core.”

“If the City had not destroyed history and put a dangerous eye sore of a washroom(looks like a barn) and blocks downtown view and is another stress for care givers ...blocks views of children being able to run and play. All this for unmaintained washrooms that are open for 2 months??? I would have given it five stars otherwise.”

“Not too sure what this is but it is akin to looking like a park. There are Two Exactly the same 'TWIN' buildings built on this plot / huge lot of land. They are well kept, from the looks of the exterior of the buildings, entrance ways, in-and-out, asking with the public wealways, and common areas, which definatley remind one of a Park that is very big in size andbthe facade which faces east has a huge amount of land / space that as the makes the whole area seem to be very relaxing and park like, everything from the point of view of looking around these buildings seem to be very well on a scheduled and purposeful upkeep, not a single flaw can be seen on the balconies or in the masonary work, as well as path ways that lead to all Entrances, into the buildings, to the parking lots, as well as through the common areas that lead one individual / group of individuals from one building to where a closer friend, some aquaintences, or the Apartment Building Manager unit are all kept in a top shsoe. In the summer the grass is cut, on a regular a basis, at least once a a week albeit if needed twice a week will be slotted in fir upkeep, during the Autumn months, u leaves that are to fall are collected up fast, leaving the Corporation very clean, where one can bring his / her gig outside and go for a walk, all pets must be on a leash though, do their will be no throwing a ball and telling Fido to go fetch up the ball! ... In winter, the parking lots, just as well as well as all paved walkways are constantly kept clear, even if it has only sprinkled down a light dusting, someone is out heir making sure it is cleared, as well as de-iced and sand being placed upon these paved areas around the two buildings, Spring time is a time where major activity is happening for pretty much the whole duration. cleaning up the edging, plus the common ground garden areas, where flowers and other plants are to be planted according to the time when the tag says to place the small cutting growths into the ground, with the mulch coming right after an area is finished being completed. They do like to make the grounds as nice and comfortable as possible for the tennents who do rent a unit in one of their Two Buildings. All-throughout the 4 seasons the vast common grounds are treated like a piece of parkland which if owned by the city would be just as well kept up on, as the city is great with their public parks and land holdings where they can make sure that what persons see is well kept and always looking fresh, never looking like it has been overgrown or not attended too. The persons who own this Corporation, are just the same, it is always looking great, attended too and akin to a piece of land that is as big as a park, however they also have two Parking Lots, One on each End of the Buildings Smallest Sector, where the building turns into an L-shape. On the outside of these common areas are two parking areas, One for the Northern Building and the other for the Southern Building. Seperate parking areas for each of these Two Buildings also have seperate ways of entering into each of their parking areas off of different Streets. Both lots allow Residents as well as their Friends coming to visite, to have only the shortest, most minimalist walk to each buildings main Front Entrance / Lobby. This place is definatley kept up to date with respect to code, as well in regards to landscaping, cleaning of snow, et al.”
