She even helped me coordinate and oversee repairs, and gave honest recommendations on things that don’t need to be repaired, which saved me ton of money. I’m really glad that I found Michelle. I have worked with incapable agents who were unknowledgeable, inexperience, and inattentive, who gave me lousy advice which cost me tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of time wasted.
