“Just came in for a donut, ordered a Boston Cream & some special donut, there was 1 Boston Cream left as it was almost 10 & the employee dropped it. Her reaction was amazing, I didn't even understand what happened at first. I could tell she felt bad & said I can pick anything else to replace it. I got a vanilla dip, though even after I got what I paid for she offered something else for free in which I declined. Yeah, she might have dropped a donut though she handled the situation with not only perfection though emotion & was sincere. I've got to respect a business with caring employees & it was a total accident, & they happen sometimes. I'm glad I came tonight because I got top of the line customer service.”

“Cream Beanery is a real Southwest London gem. It's a small storefront, but a really nice vibe. There aren't many independent, locally owned cafes in this part of town, and the selection of coffee, coffee drinks, teas, and food is impressive. The delicious baked goods are all made on the premises”
