“Excellent service the staff is very efficient and always is going above and beyond. I've watched them comp a meal for a student who's card got compromised and did not have cash on them. When I saw this I was so impressed as someone who works in the customer service industry I realize they couldn't sell the food but most places would throw it out. The staff did not make a big deal at all and quietly got the manager to authorize the comping of the meal as to not embarrass the customer. The food is also always amazing and the restaurant is always exceptionally clean.”

“I'm not a big fan of lean ground beef. So one of my measures of a good burger is how far down your hand the beef grease slides. And a 6oz south street burger gets most of the way to my wrist. So that's a good burger, in my view. I also liked their buns, best, of any place in London. Reminds me of Fuddruckers, in the States”

“We decided to go here and eat with my Husband and my 15 month old. The service was amazing better than I have seen at all. Everyone was playing with my daughter. The food came out super fast. I would say we waited about 10 minutes after ordering and our food was on our tables. It was fairly busy so was very unsuspected that it would be that fast.
