We have been here over 7 years and we have been through 3 Supers during this time. The current ones are the best so far. The building and surrounding areas are kept meet and clean and work orders are up to date. John Hondzel

Jackie and Don have been kind to us since the first day we met them, when we first came to look at an apartment here in 2020. Now after living here for almost a year we are happy to call 70 Capulet home. They are quick to assist us if we ever need anything and we feel safe and well taken care of here. I’d recommended living here too all. Jackie and Don have helped make this place feel like home.

I love living at 70 Capulet lane! Jackie and Don are like second parents to me. They go FAR beyond the duties of landlords. They make sure to know everyone by name, and really get to know the residents. They always foster a sense of community during holidays by having everyone together to decorate. I absolutely love living here and I couldn’t have made my first big move away from home without Jackie and Don!

We have lived here since June of 2017, We have found Don and Jackie to be exceptional superintendents, ably taking the reins from the previous ones, and we are always amazed at their dedication to their work and their warmth and caring besides. We repeatedly tell them not to move and leave us bereft if their care.

70 Capulet is the ideal apartment building. Not only is it kept immaculately by our hard working building managers, Drewlo itself keeps the grounds looking spectacular. So glad we are in a non smoking building! We have met some lovely people while living here over the past 4.5 years., many of whom I'd now call good friends. Keep up the good work!
