Very professional staff, solid COVID precautions. Imran helped me out today purchasing glasses and contacts. Never did I feel rushed or pressured. He was extremely helpful in helping get a pair that look good on me, asked any questions and throughly explained the process going forward.
Thanks so much guys!
The Dr. was amazing, i didn't feel rushed infacted i had a bunch of silly questions and she was awesome with her answers I had more knowledge about my own eyes then i did walking in there. I was actually supposed to go to the other location but by mistake went to this one, they were really busy but instead of making me go across town, would of missed the appointment the receptionist got me in. Aside from being very affordable they were very professional. Unfornately some people are leaving different reviews but I do believe there is two sides to every storey , and that sometimes there is such a thing as a bad customer, not just the service. This customer service was a 5 star rating thanks Ladies !
Got a pair of prescription sunnies and glasses here recently. I was served by Newton and another gentleman who were both super nice and professional. The customer service was excellent; they made recommendations and helped me through the process in a friendly way. I never felt rushed. They have a decent selection of frames and sunglasses. Prices are excellent, and I think they’d be hard to beat. A beautiful Hugo boss frame was $99 bucks, and they have lots of sunglasses ranging from $40- 200. I’m waiting on the glasses to see the final product but I’d go here again just for the customer service. It seems pretty safe in terms of COVID cleaning. Only one person is allowed per optometrist - meaning, at most, there are two customers in the area at a time. You can pick out up to ten frames to try on - they weren’t really counting though, and ten frames is a ton anyway. Once a customer leaves, they spray down and clean everything. I watched them before it was my turn to go in, and they clean all surfaces and all the frames the previous person touched. Everyone is wearing a mask, including customers, and they seem to be very careful and thorough cleaning things. I felt safe there. Expect a bit of a wait (20-30 minutes) but easily worth it to have a safe, clean experience. Highly recommend.
The service here is really great. My daughter's glasses frame was accidentally broken today. She is going to take a four-day field trip tomorrow, so I am in a hurry. The optician Tracey Christine has helped us with great enthusiasm and patience. She not only fixed the glasses, but also carefully adjusted the shape of the glasses frame for my daughter. I am very grateful for her professional and enthusiastic service.
