Just before Christmas, I was travelling from London to the Ottawa area to spend the holidays with family. I realized when near Oshawa that I had forgotten 2 different drops that I use for a serious eye issue. I called the Costco London North pharmacy, to see if there was any way they could send my prescriptions to a pharmacy along my travel route. They were kind, helpful, respectful, and considerate of the stresses I was under. Not wanting to backtrack 6 hours, delaying holidays, missing out on family time. The London store coordinated the transfer of information to the Kingston store, and the medications were ready as I walked into the (very busy) store. I've always liked & appreciated the service at Costco pharmacies, but the 2 stores made me feel so assured, a valued customer, they just wanted to (and did) make things so easy for me.
