“We as Costco customers at this location, have heard that the food sample ladies do not get the same treatment. There is an Asian/Indian manager at this location that gives better treatment to other Asian/Indian ladies by assigning them to easier food dispersing stations. The other non-Indian ladies are frequently assigned colder and harder tasked work stations. Also have heard that all the food sample ladies are not allowed to drink water at their stations at all times. This is not an acceptable treatment for workers under the umbrella of Costco. If the favoritism, lack of fairness towards food tasters position rotations, and sub humane treatment does not stop we will contact the Labour Board and BBB and enter an official investigation/complaint towards the food tasting subcontractor that operates under the Costco umbrella.”

“I started going here near to the opening time two years ago. At that time the staff were some of the nicest and friendliest service people I have encountered. They actually ask to help you if they see you looking around. That is rather uncommon in a grocery store. Pricing is likely higher than no frill type places but at least you feel good shopping here.”

“It's a very nice grocery store with excellent fresh produce and prepared meals. And they carry Pulp & Press fresh juice that's made right here in London! Just slightly more expensive for the middle aisle products like cereal, canned goods, etc.”
