“The fruits and vegetables are supreme here! What's even better are the prices vs. The Big 5 grocery stores. If it isn't a better price it's definitely better quality. A few examples of overpriced big stores gouging us... lemons 50 cents ea, large grapefruits 3 fo $2. Strawberries the bigger container $2.99, mini watermelon $3.99, celery $2.99 big stalks. $3.99 ground beef. Corn on the cob 5 for $4. No need to say more. My bill for everything in photos including spicy beef dish half price after 7pm mon to sat and 18 battered scallops!!”

“Good selections, could carry more beef products, but overall, its ok. Prices are a bit high, but where aren't they anymore. Admittedly, it's a bit strange when staff try not to stare at you as you ring through 30 packs of ramen at the self checkouts, but you can also feel their eyeballs locked on you in case you somehow accidentally don't scan a 50 cent pack of ramen. Seems a bit ridiculous, if someone wanted to "steal", wouldn't they go for larger more costly items than ramen? Sheesh.”

“Metro. Superstore. They both have Goat Milk in stock. And my wife and I are food sensitive to Cows Milk. While in the store. I had to check out the Orchids. I found a couple very striking coloured "Watercolours" varieties. Almost bought 1 - but, as my wife reminded me - "you have no windowsill space, see..." plus, a woman (staff) asked me if I needed help, "I didn't", but a conversation ensued between two Orchid Lovers, growing tips and information on getting them to reblooming etc. I'm glad I was there for that. I did buy a Raspberry cheesecake, to take home and share with my Sweetheart.”

“It is a new addition to Milton halal and desi/arabic groceries. The store looks clean, stocked with most of the items we need. My visit was specially to try their take out food. I wanted to try the halwa puri. Their halwa puri definitely on the best ones in Milton. I liked their Channa the best. The prices are also unbeatable in Milton, where everyone else is selling at 8 or 9 dollars, theirs is just 4.99 for a nashta of two Puri. I will definitely be there next weekend.”

“Farm Boy is a beautiful new store. It is clean and spacious and it is located in Aurora in a great spot. The store is nicely laid out. We were surprised with both the prices of the produce as well as the variety and the quality, all were great. Any staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. It was such a nice change from other grocery stores in the area. We have been a few times since it opened and we will be regulars now. If I could give greater than 5 stars I would!”
