    The rooms are nice and clean. Big flat screen TV with cable. Beds and pillows are comfy. Menu is versatile with large portions. Prices could be better.

    Best hotel in London , we’re enjoyed our stay in the hotel, great service , friendly staff , nice and clean pool . The restaurant and the lobby have an amazing food and appetizers. Great place for the all family.

    Just attending a business conference. Great set up. Food was tasty and well prepared. Fresh coffe and snacks all day. Well done and thanks.

    Friendly desk service, clean and spacious rooms decorated in an inviting way. Hotel room coffee and provided toiletries weren't so great. Walls are also somewhat thin so you sometimes hear guests in other rooms. Hotel is in a good location - lots to browse and to eat. Overall a good stay.

    We only went for supper at Vic's and it was delicious. Chef Josh had a special lobster menu which was fantastic, as well as a special white chocolate cheesecake which was incredible. I had the steak which was perfectly cooked. I was especially happy to get a couple of Brussels sprouts in my vegetables, not just carrots and squash. I would certainly recommended this and will be back. Our entire party of 7 had great service and fantastic food.
