Hampton Inn by Hilton London

If I could rate the customer service 6 stars I would! The front desk agent, Alanna I believe, was absolutely amazing at her job. She was outstanding with remembering details of our trip, asking about our event the previous evening, and even went out I her way to assist us when we had minor car issues.
We requested an early check in, the hotel accommodated and we were given a newly renovated room. The breakfast was delicious, a good variety of hot and cold options. The coffee bar in the lobby is a life saver. Thank you for our awesome visit! We will definitely recommend to anyone staying in London.

Very clean,cozy place! Recently renovated and updated. Great location, nice breakfast/lounge area with hot beverages available 24/7. Friendly,courteous staff. This hotel chain will be our preferred place to book as we travel across Canada.

We stayed this past weekend April 5 & 6. As a group of 12 rooms. Unfortunately we had our rooms located all on different floors with mostly King Beds. But we had a great time, the service that we received was amazing. There was a lot of kids and adults through out earlier in the evenings but after 11pm we did not hear or notice anything going on. Especially on the 4th floor. Thank you to Helena, Megan and Ken for their great service. The breakfast was amazing thanks to the lady’s serving.

Very clean hotel with excellent staff. Brittany and Kavi at the front desk were very helpful when it came to helping me find good restaurants around town. Very smooth check-in process with a lot of smiles. Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting town.
