(May 20, 2019, 2:20 pm)My wife, 5 kids and I stayed 3 nights and it was fantastic. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Sarah was exceptionally great with us. Always willing to help. The pool was closed 2 of the 3 nights but the kids still got to swim at the hotel next door (that hotel was very accomodating as well). The breakfast was quite good as well.
(March 28, 2019, 1:38 pm)While staying in London, this is a good hotel with a lot of nice amenities. My husband and I enjoyed discounted prices but the staff wasn't always friendly. We all need to have some rest and relaxation in our lives...treating your customers with kindness and respect, goes a long way. Word of mouth is your best form of advertising...????
(March 26, 2019, 5:37 pm)Great place to spend a night with kids, it was clean so I wasn't nervous about my kids touching everything. I wish the breakfast was a bit better, and that the hot tub was working. But overall I would definitely stay again.
