“We have been moved in to the property for approximately 2 months. When we moved in I had an accident and hurt myself, so was unable to move stuff into the apartment, my partner was left to move alone. Kathryn was very kind and offered to help my partner to move larger items into the apartment with help from a gentleman from maintenance. This occasion was customer service going above and beyond and we are thankful for their help and understanding with all the trouble we had moving in and myself being injured. The only minor issue experienced (which got lost in communication) was to do with allocation of a parking space, however the management team resolved this and as I said- it was a minor issue. Overall our experience so far has been good- any time we have had questions ; Kathryn has been patient and forthcoming with information within a reasonable time. The apartment building has lovely tenants ; on our floor we dont have any issues. The apartment is a really good size and value for the rent we pay. The apartment block is kept reasonably clean and I feel safe within the building. I cannot comment on maintenance requests yet as I have not had to call for one. Although I have not had much interaction with other management I would say Kathryn, from my experience so far is a credit to the CLV group.”
