“I've been an owner for a few pairs of Iron Rangers for quite some time. So, I popped into the London Ontario location to have a look at what they had that I could use for a duty boot. I purchased a pair of the soft sole work boots in black. They ended up not being right for me, and caused me some discomfort. The store owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and trying to set things right. He ended up doing me a solid, and allowing me to exchange the boots for a pair of black rangers (with me paying the difference, of course). I used some black leather dye to black out the white stitching and brown leather details. Now they look old-skool awesome, and I'm looking forward to wearing a pair of at work as well as home. Massive kudos go to Cliff, his son, and other employees. You have a great store, and fantastic customer service. Here's a photo of the newly renovated I Iron Rangers. -Ty”

“Awesome service! I went in today hoping to at least find a dress I could consider buying, and walked out of the store with the exact dress I had in mind as well as a 35% discount on it. The total cost came down to just under 300$ which is way less than most dress stores in London. The sales representative (Soondouss) was amazing. Always at hand to help button and zip me up with every dress I tried on. She was super polite and really sweet, she made my shopping experience wonderful.
