  Nelie is a very kind person who genuinely cares to accomodate to people!! I had some limitations when doing massage and she was very gracious. She's awesome at massage and spray tan. She also does sugaring. The way she has her space set up is classy. Shes always professional and you can feel her warmth. She listens to you when you speak and looks you in the eye. It's not just important to have someone who does a good job but someone you respect as a person and is genuine.

  Great massage studio in Downtown London! Nelie also offers hair removal and spray tans. I felt very relaxed and at ease in her space.

  Nelie’s Spa was a wonderful experience. Her massage was very good and helped my sore muscles. She also offers hair removal using waxing and sugaring techniques. I would suggest trying the sugaring. Her spa was a lovely, clean, and peaceful place to go. You enter it through a walkway surrounded by beautiful gardens. A must try!

  Really great experience here, I enjoyed my first time Thai massage were able to hit trigger points well. The best massage in town with peaceful and very pretty environment.
  Great spot and I would highly recommend it. The prices were reasonable and the facility was well kept. It was a clean, warm, relaxing, inviting, comfortable, peaceful experience that I look forward to returning to.
  This is More than 5 ⭐️ !!! Absolutely AMAZING! Words don’t describe it enough for me! I went to this place because of its high ratings and I am so excited to add mine! My experience was above and beyond and it was a pleasant surprise.
  Nelie my therapist was very friendly and accommodating. She was able to find my extreme problem areas and tailor the pressure without making it painful.She guarantee your satisfaction, she did a great job, I was very impressed- I will not go anywhere else. Again, extremely recommend...
