“If I could give 6 stars I would! My boyfriend and I came in today looking for hybrid bikes. We are relatively casual users. Immediately upon coming in, we were welcomed by the warm and very knowledgeable staff. They were helpful without being pushy. Their top priority was helping us find the best bikes for our budget and lifestyle and didn't even mind that we left to take some time to think it over. When we came back, they still helped us even though it meant keeping the store open an extra 15 minutes for us to try the bikes, ask a million questions and finally make the sale. Furthermore, a staff member helped me put the bike in my car and remove the front wheel, even though we had already kept them 20 minutes over time. Another sales associate showed my boyfriend how to find the bike path so that he could ride his home. I cannot express enough gratitude for this wonderful experience. The bikes are top of the line and expensive, however you get a really good experience and leave feeling happy with your purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
