Adam came out and listened to me first and then did his measurements and promptly came up with a quote that was very reasonable. My backyard is not even by any means but the way the team at Decks and All assembled the designed fence, it is even at the top and gives a feeling like it is a solid, uniform fence and makes our backyard look so GOOD!! “The TurfPro Professionals just finished building us a beautuful fence! We love it! It exceeds our expectations! They did a fantastic job with diligence, committment, and hard work. There were some challenges in building the fence because our land is sloped and trees were growing on our fence line. The smaller trees were removed, and two larger trees were saved by very skillfully building around them. The TurfPro professionals always took into consideration our personal preferences and made the modifications requested. It was wonderful working with them. They were courteous, friendly and upbeat. “I had a few issues with my house as well that required attention. I will be honest, I was given the run around for quite some time and it got pretty frustrating dealing with them. Then I realized there was also a lot of miscommunication happening that lead to the frustration. I was talking to several different people and each would tell me something different. Until I finally got a hold of the builder himself and directly voiced my concerns to him regarding the outstanding repairs in my house...My overall impression of Yasser Yanni is that he is a good and honourable man, and he will go above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. He is more than fair and will work with you in a calm and relaxed demeanour until you’re happy. However, you must do your part as well and keep following up and keep the communication clear and concise with ONE person. Also, be mindful that there will be some delays with certain items being rectified due to Covid. So be patient.”
