“A few days ago, I was robbed $800 from my account by clicking fraudulent text message saying I have some money to receive as a Tax Return from Government. I called to help center but had to wait quite a while because it seemed to happen to many people. “Overall I find the service good with the tellers but my personal banker is not returning my calls when needed as the call center is unable to help me which i under stand but when it comes to branch level, the voicemail says will return your call by end of day and days past and no call back. This is VERY bad customer service, Im considering returning all my accounts back to RBC.”

“I moved my personal banking away from TD about 2 years ago after frustration with a particular personal banker and service fees that we unnecessary and they refused to show any flexibility. I still have my business banking there, but I really don’t go into the branch any more. Last week I was there to do a USD transaction and Sandy remembered me by name when I approached her customer service station. I was surprised and it it reminded me why I liked TD, other than the nonsense service charges.”
