I when in looking for replacement door knobs (I wasn't sure they make them any more) and Rona was my 3rd store but the staff helped me get 3 new ones under warranty. They didn't have mine in stock so they called their supplier and in 4 days they showed up at my house! I would shop here and ask my family and friends to shop here due to excellent customer service! I have been to other stores (not to name) in Strathroy and London and all they did was give me a number to call that didn't work or I felt I had to jump through hoops.Thanks again for your help!”
