Have been training at BBD for 4 yrs. After hip replacement wasn’t sure that gym life was in the cards. Marisa has been wonderful pushing me but also understanding my limitations. My expectations have been exceeded also losing 35lbs my health is back on track and I feel that there is more to accomplish. Thank you Erin and your team for putting the zip back into my golf swing????????‍♂️

The BBD Team are exceptional! Not only are they fabulous athletes, they are incredible coaches, trainers and cheerleaders helping each client each their personal best. This gym is one of a kind! It has not only incredible trainers but an atmosphere of family and huge support! The trainers truly care about your health and goals. The gym itself is very clean and well maintained. Body by design is where dreams are made and goals achieved! I am very grateful to be a part of such an inspiring place!

I started coming to Body by Design because my daughter was going to classes and thought I might like to join her. So happy to be back exercising and in an environment where both the trainers and clients have fun! The supportive attitude of everyone I have met just helps to reinforce the decision to come in and get active. Fantastic experience all around!
