Vita Fitness is more than a place to workout; it’s where people come together as community of health, fitness, and family. Morgan and her team run a variety of classes that challenge all fitness levels, are innovative, and fun! The instructors support individual needs and goals by providing modifications and adapting in the moment. Not to mention the music is always just the right combination to pump you up and push you a little more. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and above all supportive! There’s no place I’d rather go!

Morgan and her team of trainers are absolutely wonderful! The studio is always clean and inviting. The classes have such a powerful energy to them and are such an incredible work out. The trainers keep the classes challenging, exciting and always fun! I would highly recommend Vita Fitness!

Morgan and the team at Vita are amazing! I have never been able to stick to any type of workout before this. I'd get discouraged if I couldn't keep up right away and give up. Morgan changed it all for me! She was so supporting and coached me with no judgment! She has an amazing ability to push you when you want to give up, but also understands there are days where you need an easier workout. She is great at modifying on the fly! Thanks Morgan! I love Vita! It is a welcoming, non intimidating environment for all skill levels. Morgan, Mandy, Rosie, Cat and Christine are all so knowledgeable and offer a great variety in classes and personal training. They make you work hard and are encouraging every step of the way. If you’re on the fence like I was, take the plunge, you won’t regret it!

Morgan is an exceptional fitness trainer. Her workouts are interesting, fun and are always challenging. Morgan is professional and caring but tough!
