“Very poor service I’m a small business owner with one truck they are willing to sell you tried for over a year with the service department in Bracebridge after buying the truck from them all they do is poor quality work and if the part you payed to get installed at there recommendation fails you get the runaround ok a follow up had a conversation with the head service manager he was not aware of the problems but was quick to address my concerns and rectify the situation so to there credit they are trying so I will use there service and see where we end up up there rating to 3 stars with hopes we can continue to get the service I know first hand they can do and have done in Barrie”

“The only thing I can say is AMAZING and accommodating. The service, the people, are both exceptional. I purchased a Honda Civic from a local man and took it to Steve to have it certified. Once up on the hoist, it was seen that the car was basically scrap and was unable to be certified. Steve had another Honda and offered it to me for a great deal certified. He was fast at getting it certified, he even had one of his workers come to my work to pick up the keys to do some last minute work on the car before I picked it up. My boyfriend took his truck there for some brake repair and they were so quick to get him in. For any repairs on our vehicles in the future, this will be the place we go. “These guys are the greasy spoon equivalent of mechanic shops. There is no fancy fruit on the side of your plate but for a fair price you never leave unsatisfied. This had to have been the most honest and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had with a car repair/ mechanic. “I would like to personally thank Mark of ALL STAR for his AMAZING service, professionalism and courtesy. Recently I brought my Yukon in, with front end damage after hitting a deer, for a second estimate. First estimate I received was from a local garage in town as well which my insurance company recommended to me. My insurance company deemed my Yukon unfit to drive when the first garage quote was $9100.00 at which point I argued with my insurance for another opinion. Hence, ALL STAR auto. Mark: right away: told me there is NO WAY it would cost that and that he could do the work for me for MUCH LESS. Which he did!!! As well as doing a superb job he is there for the customer more than the almighty buck. Highly recommend ALL STAR for any work FIRST. If he can't do it he will be honest and tell you.
