“Our Dodge Caravan died unexpectedly on us just as we were pulling into Muskoka Bible Camp for a week long camping trip. Josh took our van in immediately after the August holiday Monday. Trouble shooting the lower cost items (spark plugs and wiring harness) before discovering the true malfunction... the FUEL PUMP!!! Knowing we needed the van back by the following Saturday in order to head home (London). Josh worked late into the night Thursday to have the van put back together and returned to us on Friday before we packed up the Saturday Morning. Josh was fantastic, explaining the items that needed to be replaced and what he was doing to trouble shoot and diagnose the problems along the way. Big thank you to Josh. “Very poor service I’m a small business owner with one truck they are willing to sell you tried for over a year with the service department in Bracebridge after buying the truck from them all they do is poor quality work and if the part you payed to get installed at there recommendation fails you get the runaround ok a follow up had a conversation with the head service manager he was not aware of the problems but was quick to address my concerns and rectify the situation so to there credit they are trying so I will use there service and see where we end up up there rating to 3 stars with hopes we can continue to get the service I know first hand they can do and have done in Barrie”
