He was very prompt answering all my questions ...gave several options I could choose from...sent me step by step pictures and updates of the finished product. Had a great experience dealing with Michael. Listened to my requests and made suggestions but ultimately let me design the piece. Very pleased with the overall finish, communication, and price was reasonable also.
