Lakeview Escape On Lake Muskoka

Very clean, comfortable accommodations. The whole property is on the lake. The view of the lake was amazing no matter where you are in the property.

We had 2 families with small children in our party and stayed in the Spruce cottage. The bedrooms are on the small side but functional and sufficient. The living/kitchen area is a good size.There is a frontyard and a backyard which we used almost daily. BBQ, Pedal boats, paddle boards are included with the stay.

The owners (Andrew and Anne Marie) are very accommodating and approachable.

Bracebridge downtown is about 5 minutes away by car which made grocery/alcohol runs or errands very convenient. Most stores you would find in the GTA are there - Loblaws (Independent), Food Basics, LCBO, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, banks, etc....

Very nice place, well equipped and well stocked with supplies. Large windows throughout the unit (plus strategically placed fans) makes it not so hot even in hot summary days without a/c. As the name suggests, the view of the lake is great. Being so close to the Lake and with different non motorized water sports such as paddle boats, canoe and paddle boards ( and with life jackets too) available free of charge, we had lots of fun there with our kids. Unfortunately, we couldn't start a bonfire during our stay due to the dry environment but there is a nice big area for that. We enjoyed our stay ~

Really nice renovated cottages. Proximity to the water is nice. Could use more lighting on the dark steps up to the various cottages.

Great location and short drive to Bracebridge.
Cottage was spotless, fully equipped and very comfortable.
Family loved the cottage and plenty of room for the six of us.
Beautiful view of the lake, peaceful and quiet.
Lots of Muskoka chairs to sit in and relax by the water, paddle boats, kayaks, paddle boards and a water trampoline.
Andrew and Anne Marie (owners) were very accommodating and hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort and will be returning next year.

I was there in 2016. And i really enjoyed it. And i went to it again in 2017. A great place to enjoy summer in the water with quietness. Remember to bring misquote spray and sun cream though. You will need a lot of them.
