“In deathly petrified of dentists but the other day my teeth were hurting so bad i had to go. Dr Willis is my boyfriends dentist so i decided to go to him. Hes awesome. I hate needles so he was anle to find a solution for my pain tht didnt involve needles. Hes friendly and he tells u exactly what hes doing when hes doing it and shows u all the tools before he uses them one you. Everyone in the office is amazing even his wife/receptionist came in and held my hand cause i was starting to shake. It was a greatt experiance. Will def feel comfortable gojng back :-)”

“I have been wearing hearing aids for a few years. Before buying, I did my research. Miracle Ear came out on top for pricing, quality and most important, aftercare. There were a couple of places that had slightly cheaper pricing but did not offer great aftercare. This is so important as your hearing devices will need adjusting and may have other general upkeep issues that a professional should deal with. In the year I have been dealing with Miracle Ear in Simcoe, I have not been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and obviously pride themselves on customer service. It’s a very welcoming environment and I would recommend this place to anyone who has reservations about having to go to hearing aids. These are the people to talk to as they will be able to answer whatever questions you may have.”

“Laura, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I had my hearing checked once before but was apprehensive (they were nice but I felt uncomfortable). Jennifer gave me the hearing test and explained everything she was going to do ahead of time. Once the test was done she explained the results and how hearing aids could help me. She explained the different costs, kinds and what they did. I originally chose the total in-ear hearing aids. When I returned for my follow-up appointment two weeks later, I explained that I didn't like the ones I had chosen and could I change them. I was quite surprised that there was absolutely no problem and no extra cost. I now have the over the ear style and am very happy with them. My experience with Listen-UP Simcoe, was painless, informative and satisfying.”

“I absolutley love Dr. Weber, he has been my doctor all of my life. Vicky the receptionist is absolutely amazing as well. Always helpful and friendly! The other receptionist I do not care for. She is very rude and half the time I feel like I'm bothering her. Sometimes she won't even say "hi, can I help you?" She just looks down at you threw her glasses with this nasty face like what do you want. When I'm greeted by Vicky I am always relieved and know she will take care of booking my next appointment or helping me with what I need. For the other lady, her customer service is very poor. I understand the medical field is stressful and people can be pushy but that doesn't give you the right to be rude to people. Love you Dr. Weber and Vicky! :)”
