I thought buying a car from a dealership would be intimidating. The credit checks and paperwork seemed overwhelming, and I honestly considered just rebuilding my old hatchback forever. Then I stumbled upon a demo Qashqai at Cobourg Nissan and called them up. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
Garett went above and beyond what I’d expected, patiently answering all my questions no matter how arbitrary. He made sure I was comfortable with the buying process and was always outgoing and easy to talk to. The same goes for Dylan and Victoria who walked me through finances and paperwork, taking time to explain each step. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, wishing me “Happy New Car Day!” when the time came to pick up my keys. Bringing the car back for service continues to be efficient and delightful, with the same cheerful atmosphere every time.
A year later and my Qashqai is still exactly what I wanted. Thank you again to the lovely team at Cobourg Nissan—I highly recommend visiting them for your next car!
