Greg the salesman knew his product and without hesitation could answer all the questions that I had. I had a budget and was shown vehicles within my budget no pressure in fact Greg suggested that I not rush and to think about the investment prior to making a decision. I made comment that I would make a partial down payment and Greg pulled up the financing rate from Ford Motor Company on his computer that was far less than the rate I had on my line of credit. I drove home thinking about the vehicle and called back that I was going to move forward. Within minutes I got a call back from Justin who painlessly went through the financial process with some suggestions such as extended warranty but absolutely no pressure. Purchasing this Ford Explorer was such a phenomenal experience and was so impressed with the team work at this dealership.
