FIX AUTO OTTAWA CENTRAL

I was at Fix Auto to get an estimate. They took time to understand my objectives, took them into account, helped with a short-term work-around to reduce nuisance effects, and explained the estimate fully. I have scheduled a date for the body work to be done.

Great work done on a minor insurance claim. Car was ready a day early. When I went to pick it up I thought a wrong part was put on. Matt and Jay were patient and understanding of my concern, acknowledged something looked off and assured me that if anything was wrong they would fix it. At the BMW dealership I found out that black plastic fades bluish over time. The car was super clean at pickup so maybe I just never noticed the aging/blueing of front bumper plastic peice. All to say they did a good job, car was clean and deliver early, thank you.

I brought in my vehicle for body work following some ice hitting it over the winter. I had noticed 2 areas that clearly required work, but upon further inspection more damage was found and Jaylen (AMAZING) advocated on my behalf with the insurance company and was successful! I cannot say enough about the front desk staff and the professionalism in which they handled this repair. Even with the extra work they still had quick turn around and were very accommodating to my urgent pick-up request.

The car looks amazing and although I hope to not have to return, I most certainly recommend this body shop to anyone who requires service. If I could give 15 stars I would!
