I don’t usually write reviews unless it is positive and deserved. I went in to Sleep Country one evening to look for a mattress for the cottage. I wanted something firmer than the mattress I have at home but didn’t want to pay too much as it was for the cottage. I bought the firmest of a certain brand. After a few weekends of use we realized it was way too hard. They honoured the 90day guarantee hassle free! Of course the new mattress was more expensive but well worth it. They delivered at the cottage and also came back to the cottage for the exchange. Well worth it.

My husband and I went to sleep country in Orleans because we were looking to upgrade our pillows. We were warmly greeted by Khalid, and he really impressed us with his knowledge of the different types of pillows they sell, and what could work for us. We have had these pillows for a couple weeks now and we are sleeping much more comfortably. Thank you Khalid for helping us sleep better! I will also be taking my parents to see Khalid, as I would like to gift them a set of pillows for their anniversary.

He catered to my needs, patiently listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to assist me. I wasn't a sleep country shopper before, but because of the incredible service I received from Khalid this has become my favorite place to shop.
