Very big choice of mattresses the staff is very knowledgeable and the delivery was scheduled for the next day free of charge .

Customer service here is just terrible. Salespeople were nice when we were in store, but I don't think we have successfully gotten a call back from them. Ever. We have had minor issues, but the lack of communication has gotten commical. We have to keep calling and calling to get simple information.

One side of the mattress we bought here has collapsed (not the store's fault) within a few weeks. Still can't get a call back.

We just moved and have another 3 mattresses to buy. We will not go back.

After posting this review, I received a call from thier head office. Staff There helped us get the warranty replacement processed very quickly - I think we had the replacement within about a week. They were very helpful and committed to assuring that we had a good experience.

Customer service from head office was communicative, accurate and personable. Regular follow-ups were appreciated.

Loved my experience at this store. Doug showed me all my options, wasn't pushy and helped me save money. I will be a lifelong customer!

Doug was very helpful and patient explaining all details about the mattresses. Delivery is free and so far we're very pleased with my purchase.
