Meubles RD - Ottawa (Orleans)

Dec 31 bought new living room set including tables. Such great service provided my Michel. He was so patient with me to try different tables to match my set. I would recommend shopping at this store anytime. I compared the same couch to another big furniture store and the price was double what I got. I give this store and 5 star review.

I wasn’t planning on searching this particular store for the Black Friday Freezer deal I had been searching for online.
I was told by another retailer, that the Frigidaire I wanted wasn’t in stock anywhere, and I wouldn’t be able to expect it delivered until the end of January.
I was pleasantly surprised to see it sitting in JD furniture and saw it was also on sale for the same price as “L” offered. What was different though, was no free delivery, or save the sales tax. This was when Matthew appeared. Friendly, knowledgeable and focused. He told me that this store has a price match policy and he would check if they would include the free delivery. The would!! I bought it then and there while Matthew filled me in on the stores long history in Quebec. It arrives next week!! I’m thrilled, and will check this store first (after doing my homework) before buying elsewhere.
Fingers crossed the delivery arrives when they say it will.

Just walked in and I was greeted right away. Asked me few questions and left me look around without feeling pressured which is great when you are looking few options. Matthew was very professional and helped us by answering our questions, measured the pieces for us and at the end we felt so comfortable with him that we bought 2 couches from him instead of one that originally came for.

Great new store, decent pricing, made in Canada products which is a big bonus for us. Michel the salesperson was professional and helped us find our next new couch, looking forward to delivery in the next few days.
