Our work began in mid December with Johnathan coming to our place for a quote, he took his time explaining the process, he was informative and helped us make the final decisions on where to place our tub/toilet and vanity, maximizing our layout. Liam and Connor then began smashing up our floor to install the new drains. They were very respectful of our home, putting down blankets and softly closing doors when coming/going, they did a great job throughout and left my basement super tidy. Upon completion of our inspection, Connor came back to begin backfilling and pouring concrete, his dedication to your company is obvious, dude was in the basement mixing concrete in a bucket with his hands! while waiting for Geoff to swing by with the mixer. Very happy with how Connor and Geoff finished the concrete off too, they floor is level and ready for me to begin installing the new framing.
