Jason and Liam are MVPs. I can't stress enough how solid the service is at this location. Get your phone (and industrial degreaser and bulk barbecue sauce) here.
Thanks to a series of unforeseeable snafus--by no fault of the WIRELESS etc. team--my husband and I ended up in some kind of tortuous customer service purgatory while trying to switch providers and buy new phones.
In short, Jason and Liam toiled for *literal* hours, troubleshoot between service providers to reach a resolution ASAP. The next day they followed up to make sure everything worked as anticipated. I can't imagine being treated this well as a customer anywhere else.
I wish I could go back and buy a dozen more phones; they're that good at their job. You can definitely count on this team to make every effort for you.
Michael is a awesome sales consultant. He was very helpful and nice enough to transfer all of my contacts from my old phone to my new one and finish the entire set up of the phone. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the new phone.
Had a fabulous experience upgrading my phone today. Jason outlined all my options….new phone vs keeping the old, ensured I got the best value and even installed the new screen protector and transferred the data before leaving. Costco is the BEST place for this!!
Honestly Jade was the most amazing employee I have dealt with in a very long time. She took the time to answer all my questions about the phone deals that I wanted to take. She made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and explained everything in details to me. When you have someone who makes sure the customer leaves happy with no doubts, that's when you know you can sleep well. Thank you Jade for your honesty and your expertise in helping me with my phone deals. Definitely would go to the kiosk at Costco and have Jade answer all your questions. Great place to get a new phone and plan as they frequently give Costco gift cards as an incentive. Jason was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely see him again the next time I need a phone plan.
