No pressure, friendly and happy to help me find what I needed within my budget. She even emailed me with other pricing options. I bought yesterday and my sofa bed is being delivered Saturday!

The sales staff in the furniture and major appliance section are both very knowledgeable.
As a first time home buyer, this was one of the easiest steps for finding what we needed!

(January 12, 2019, 8:28 pm)My salesperson, Phillipe, was helpful and knew when to give advice and when to give me space. Not too pushy, didn’t follow me all over the store. I went and got him when I needed him.
Understand that salespeople are on commission but there is an art in approaching and negotiating a potential sale.
