I would highly recommend this gym to anybody, of any fitness level! Natalie approaches each fitness session with a positive and energetic attitude, which is contagious. She motivates and encourages you to push pass what you think your limits are. Natalie's varies the workouts for each session so it's never the same, making it fun and wanting you to come back. I have personally seen growth and results from her program.
This is a fantastic gym! Natalie has an enthusiastic and uplifting attitude, encouraging me at every turn to work my hardest. I love that our classes were geared towards achieving my personal goals with workouts tailored to my max ability on any given day. She is super engaged and attentive, watching my form and correcting mistakes as I train, teaching me to build more awareness of my own form over time. Before I started training with Natalie my posture was poor, my strength was low and I wasn’t getting a proper diet. Overtime this led to a daily feeling of lethargy that I only realized was there once it had disappeared after I started training! Now with a more active lifestyle I have a lot more energy, my posture has improved drastically, and I am eating a proper diet based on a nutrition plan Natalie helped me put together. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of Natalie as a personal trainer. I would especially recommend her to someone looking for a trainer who can provide nutrition advice alongside custom tailored workouts.
I can’t speak highly enough about this gym and experience with their online classes. The classes are targeted to individual level (not at all intimidating) with continual ‘check-ins’ to ensure you are being supported in your goals and growth. It has been fantastic for my busy work/life schedule. I love working out daily with the morning group of women, it is empowering and a great start to everyday.
I have been doing daily workouts for a few months now, and I am LOVING it!! These quick 30 minute sessions easily fit into my day and I noticed a difference in my strength, endurance and body tone within the first month! I have increased energy, motivation, and this has been a huge stress release for me. The very best part of these sessions is how one-on-one Natalie makes each member feel. If I am ever falling out of proper form or she sees I am not doing a movement correctly, Natalie takes the time to go over everything and makes sure I am comfortable and understand everything before moving on. Her patience and positive outlook are so motivating and keeps me looking forward to working out with her again the following day!! I would highly recommend Project Acrete to EVERYONE, and for every fitness level!!
Natalie has been personal training me in the online space for the last 10 months. Her workouts are empowering and impactful and I have been able to stick with them due to a combination of results + her incredible teaching style. I highly recommend her gym!
